Data collected: Account: e-mail, password (hashed), first/last name and handle if you provide them. Usage: your collection and settings, alerts, valuation history, scan events (recognition statistics) and technical logs (IP address, timestamp) needed for security.
Purposes and legal bases: Providing the service and your account (contract); securing the app and preventing abuse (legitimate interest); sending notifications you enabled (consent); complying with legal obligations.
Push notifications: Sent only if you enable them; the subscription is deleted as soon as you turn them off.
Recipients: Hosting and technical providers (payment, e-mail) acting on our behalf. Requests are sent to third-party services to display listings and prices (eBay, card catalogues); no account data is shared with them. We never sell data.
Retention: Your data is kept as long as your account exists; technical logs are kept for 12 months at most.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction: write to contact@dealdex.fr. Deleting your account from the settings erases your data. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Transfers outside the EU: Data is hosted in the European Union. Any transfer to a provider outside the EU is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Minors: The service is not intended for children below the local digital consent age (13 to 16 depending on the country).
Usage measurement (Microsoft Clarity): only if you enable it (legal basis: consent; off by default; revocable). Anonymised usage analytics to improve the app; text and inputs masked; no account data sold. Microsoft acts as processor; any non-EU transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
