1. Purpose: DealDex is a trading-card collection manager: inventory, indicative price tracking, alerts and links to third-party sellers' listings. Using the app means accepting these terms.
2. Account: Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your country (at least 13, or the local digital consent age).
3. Purchases on third-party platforms: Listings and links (eBay, Cardmarket…) point to third-party sites. DealDex is neither seller, buyer, intermediary nor a party to the sale: every transaction is concluded under the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller, under the relevant platform's terms. DealDex cannot be held liable for any dispute, delay or failed delivery, counterfeit, non-conforming item, or financial loss related to a purchase or a sale.
4. Affiliate links: Some outbound links are affiliate links (notably the eBay Partner Network): DealDex may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence price estimates or the order in which listings are shown.
5. Estimates, alerts and grading: Prices, charts, insurance values and alerts are automatic indications computed from public sources (active listings, market prices). They are not guaranteed sale prices, an appraisal, or investment advice. Card values are volatile; any buying, selling or insurance decision is yours alone. The condition estimate ("Grading") is automatic and indicative: it does not prejudge the grade given by an official grading company (PSA, PCA, CGC, BGS…).
6. User content: Public collections, handles and shared images are your responsibility. Unlawful, misleading or infringing content is prohibited. We may remove content or suspend an account in case of breach.
7. Subscriptions: Any paid features are described at the time of purchase. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's terms and refund rules.
8. Availability and liability: The service is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability, accuracy or completeness of data (catalogues, images and prices come from third-party sources). To the extent permitted by law, DealDex's liability is limited to direct, proven damages. Nothing here removes a consumer's mandatory rights under local law.
9. Termination: You can delete your account at any time from the settings; your personal data is then erased (see the privacy policy).
10. Changes and governing law: These terms may change; the version in force is the one shown in the app. Governing law: French law, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
