Terms of sale: inventory report

DealDex · mis à jour le 2026-07-22

1. Purpose: These terms govern the sale of the "collection inventory report" offered by DealDex within the application. They supplement the terms of use, which remain applicable.

2. Nature of the service: The report is a timestamped INVENTORY RECORD. It certifies only that, on its issue date, the account holder declared holding the cards listed, and it reproduces the market value observed by DealDex on that date. It IS NOT an appraisal, an authenticity certification, a condition assessment, or proof of ownership. DealDex never physically examines the cards.

3. Stated values: Values are INDICATIVE ESTIMATES computed from public market data (catalogue trend prices, active listings) as of the date stated in the report. They are neither a guaranteed sale price nor investment advice, and commit DealDex to no warranty of value. The collectible card market is volatile. DealDex has no access to third-party platforms' concluded sales histories: values rest on public offers and trends.

4. Price and ordering: The price is displayed inclusive of tax before the order is confirmed. It depends on the number of cards within the scope chosen by the customer and, where applicable, on the review described in article 5. The customer freely chooses which collections and cards are included; the chosen scope is reproduced in the report. Cards outside that scope do not appear in it.

5. Review: For accounts without a subscription, a consistency review by our team is systematic and included in the displayed price. For subscribed accounts, it is charged in addition only where automated checks flag an anomaly. This review covers solely the consistency of the entered data (duplicates, outlier values, certification numbers, price sources). It involves no physical examination and carries no warranty of authenticity.

6. Right of withdrawal: The report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ordering, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and WAIVES the fourteen-day right of withdrawal. No refund may be claimed once the report has been delivered. Where the report requires a prior review, the customer retains the right of withdrawal for as long as the document has not been delivered.

7. Delivery: The report is made available as a PDF within the application, under "My reports". It is delivered immediately after payment, or once the review is complete where one is required. The customer is responsible for keeping the file.

8. Accuracy of data: The report is produced from information entered by the customer (cards held, condition, certification numbers, declared values). The customer alone is responsible for its accuracy. DealDex cannot be held liable for the consequences of an inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent declaration, in particular towards an insurer.

9. Use with third parties: DealDex does not warrant that any insurer, expert or authority will accept the report, nor the weight they will give it. Acceptance of the document and the amount of any compensation rest solely with the third party concerned and with the contract binding the customer to that third party.

10. Liability: DealDex's liability in respect of the sale of a report is limited to the amount actually paid for that report. DealDex is not liable for indirect damage, in particular financial loss, refusal of compensation, or under-valuation of an asset. Nothing herein limits DealDex's liability in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

11. Personal data: The data in the report comes from the customer's account. The delivered report is retained so that it can be downloaded again and its integrity attested. The customer may request its deletion; deletion makes the document non-reissuable.

12. Complaints and disputes: Any complaint must be sent to contact@dealdex.fr. Consumer customers may use a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge. These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
